Responsible to achieve the Cross Sell revenue numbers by penetrating the existing customer base.
Establish, build and manage business relationships with the target segment. Target to increase the Business Banking proposition market share and contribution to overall Bank Deposits contribution.
Effectively market the Business Banking product proposition to ensure enhancement of the brand and customer service.
Process Management: Recommendations for process improvement through analysis of problems on products & processes to improve efficiency
Market Analysis: Provide competition market analysis and close tracking of competitive actions to ensure the competitiveness of BB liabilities product proposition
Self-Developmental Programs: Pursue your own development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledging strengths and areas for development
Revenue and Profitability on the accounts: Ensure cross-selling of FX and Trade into the portfolio
Responsibility for reporting/escalating any serious risks or breach of rules, ensure adherence of all bank’s prescribed processes, standard operating procedures, and central bank requirements
