Description

To maintain smooth running of the line manager’s office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including handling office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answering phones, walk-in inquiries, emails, keeping the line manager informed of any appointments and perform a few other essential tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Requirements

  • Skills :- Interpersonal skills. sociable, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, basic Accounting, Punctuality, Computer operation, Spoken English
